The Cuoco Picco series

This knife is made from 52100 tool steel. The blade is 6 1/8 inches long with a 2 1/4 inch heel, the overall length is 10 5/8 inches. This blade has a tumbled finish which starts the patina process. The handle is formed from Grip-Tec which is a rubberized material that retains 90% of its grip when wet , this keeps the knife comfortable and in control even in messy conditions.
